Scott Enion, from Manchester who served in the Gulf war has been named as one of the three victims of the New Year’s Day cliff deaths, in Dover.

His body was found at the bottom of Langdon Bay, along with the bodies of a man and woman, believed to be twins. The two incidents are not thought to be linked and are being treated separately.

Mr Enion served in the Army from 1988 to 1996 but he left after claiming her was subject to racial abuse. His death, and those of the twins are not being treated as suspicious and the police are working with local business owners to establish what happened.
